Our Team
At Sangal Constructions, we believe in ‘One Team, One Goal’ business philosophy. To realize our vision, we have the right people at the right place. Today, we have a professional team of around 70 professionals managing different departments. We are managed by 2 Partners, who provide strategic direction and manage day-to-day business activities to spearhead our journey.
They are ably assisted by the General Manager, who has the mandate of taking care of day-to-day business activities. We have 1 Coordinator, who is a connecting link between the General Manager and other team members. To ensure that we are on the right side of the law, we have a Legal Manager in our team. Furthermore, we have an experienced Chartered Accountant, who is ably assisted by an Account Assistant to manage our accounts efficiently. To seamlessly manage our projects, we have an experienced Senior Manager (Civil) to monitor them. He is ably assisted by 6 Project Managers.
To ensure that we have the right team, we have an Assistant Manager (HR) who takes care of recruitment. This is not all. We also have a Billing Engineer in our team, who assists the Senior Manager (Civil) in planning and executing the billing, inventory and procurement related tasks. In addition, we have a team of 15 Site Engineers to seamlessly manage our construction projects. They are responsible for resolving technical issues, offering advice to manage the projects and preparing reports.
